Taylor York, LAPC, joined the Battlefield team in 2016. Taylor’s passion is to come alongside clients and walk with them through difficult issues, explore painful experiences, and ultimately find personal healing and wholeness. Taylor hopes to create a safe and comfortable environment so that each client feels free to “authentically be who they are where they are.”
Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Berry College in 2011 and, based on a passion to serve others well in a professional helping role, went on to complete her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in December 2016 from Liberty University. She is an Associate Professional Counselor.
Taylor has served with various ministries and organizations such as the Open Door Home, the Sexual Assault Center of Northwest Georgia, and Young Life. She has gained valuable experience in co-therapy with individuals, couples, and families as well as group therapy.
Taylor is married to Harris, her best friend and loving husband. They live together in Rome with their son, Harrison. As a family they enjoy playing outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and making memories together.
