Nathan and his wife Jane counsel together and also lead marriage retreats nationally and internationally. Nathan and Jane were married in 1982 and have two sons. They consistently accept the invitation to meet people in their darkest valleys and walk with them through that difficult place to help them find healing on the other side. A member of the Battlefield Team since 2007, Anna Lauren has been living out her personal mission statement, helping to “facilitate a deeper and more intimate experience of the healing and loving power of Christ” to everyone she comes in contact with. A graduate of Berry College in Rome, Georgia, “Sam” received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology Degree in 1996. She worked in a variety of settings that lead her to join the Battlefield Team in the Spring of 2007. Her husband, Adam, has also been actively involved with Battlefield over the years. Adam Nash, Christian Life Coach, has been serving Battlefield Ministries for many years. He and his wife, Samantha, benefited from the solid, biblical counsel they received in Pre-marital counseling with Battlefield nearly 20 years ago. Heather Medley joined Battlefield Ministries in 2012. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Coach. Heather received her Bachelor of Arts from Berry College and her Master of Arts in Counseling from the Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida. Learn more about Heather.
Dana Sutton joined the Battlefield team in 2011. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Christian Counseling from Boyce College and her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Tim Carroll comes to Battlefield Ministries with over 25 years of pastoral care experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups. With a focus on marriage, couples and family counseling, he has a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University and is currently pursuing licensure as both a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist. Answering God’s call to serve the team and nurture our clients, Ali Couch, joined the Battlefield team in December 2013 as a volunteer. She completed her Masters in Professional Counseling through Liberty University in December 2015. Learn more about Ali.
Travis Hill has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a specialization in Christian Sex Therapy from Richmont Graduate University in Atlanta. He joined the Battlefield team in 2015 following his work with Building Intimate Marriages in Suwanee, Georgia.
Travis graduated from Berry College in the 1990’s. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Atlanta with the intention of pursuing a law degree, but soon felt that God was calling their family to work in overseas missions. In 2003 he and his family moved to SE Asia where they spent six years working to build relationships and change lives. In 2009, they moved their family back to the US and Travis began pursuing his degree in Marriage and Family Therapy shortly thereafter. Learn more about Travis.
“Jenny” received her BA degree in art and a master’s degree in educational psychology from Baylor University in Waco, TX. She and her family moved to Rome in the summer of 2014 and she is excited to join the Battlefield team! She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Georgia and Texas. Jenny has experience counseling children, adolescents, women of all ages and their families dealing with various issues such as: ADD/ADHD, adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, developmental disorders, divorce and emotional disorders. Taylor York, MA, is the newest addition to the Battlefield Ministry team of counselors. Taylor’s passion is to come alongside clients and walk with them through difficult issues, explore painful experiences, and ultimately find personal healing and wholeness. Ashlyn joined the Battlefield team in May of 2017. She completed her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy with a certificate in Trauma Counseling through Richmont Graduate University in May 2017, and is working several days each week as a counselor in the Cartersville office.
