Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministry from Andersonville Bible College, a Master of Arts degree in Human Services: Marriage & Family Counseling from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Services: Disaster, Crisis, & Intervention from Walden University. Dr. Jon is an ordained minister and has served as lead pastor and various staff positions in churches throughout Georgia. He and his wife, Angie, founded the Global Relief Association for Crises & Emergencies, Inc, (G.R.A.C.E) which is a registered charity organized to combat human trafficking.
Jon has experience counseling men and couples with various issues such as anxiety, depression, communication, sexual addiction, spiritual matters, divorce, and more. Jon believes in the trust and confidentiality of the counselor/client relationship. In keeping with the Battlefield philosophy of counseling, Jon is committed to be clinically sound, spiritually minded, and gifting oriented. This means Jon is centered upon helping clients come to the point of exercising their spiritual gifting in a way that honors the Lord.
Jon has been married since 1984 to Angie King Sullivan. He has two grown children and two grandchildren.
